What is your return policy?

  • If the item is defective we will accept an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the item does not fit as expected we will accept you to exchange it for a different size.
  • Please note otherwise all sales are final besides the two exceptions above and you understand this before purchase.  
  • Please email: support@luxsmart.co for exchanges and include "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line.

 

Am I able to cancel my order?

Due to our fulfilment protocol, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. Each order is automatically fulfilled upon completion of checkout. If for some reason you absolutely must cancel your order, it will be at the expense of your standard shipping rate and a one time $5.00 fee and your request must be received prior to shipment.

 

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Twitter and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

     

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed normally by a 5-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to receive your items. Generally, it is 1-2 weeks.

    Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Some destinations may take longer than others. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment or before placing an order.

     

    May I get a tracking number?

    Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: support@luxsmart.co with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

    Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

    Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

     

    How can I pay?

    We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

     

    What happens if I type in the wrong address?

    If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@luxsmart.co & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!


    Taxes & Duties:

    We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
